New Life for Lifelong Treasures

Today we pause to appreciate our partnership with Fairfax Church, which began three years ago this week.  Hearing about our difficult search for a new home in May of 2022, Brooke Luther, Pastor of Community Outreach at (then) Fairfax Community Church, graciously offered the use of their parking lot.  Since then, we have been able to rent some storage and operating space nearby.  But our partnership continues. A small, dedicated, all-weather crew of Gracing Spaces volunteers continues to accept donations in the Fairfax Church parking lot each week. 

Fairfax Church is located at 11451 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030.  Every Wednesday morning from 9-10:30, volunteers Terry, Grant, Judy, Lona, and Don will be happy to see you there!  Look for our beloved Big Blue truck waiting for your gently used items, from pots and pans to vacuums, from beds to sofas, dining tables, and chairs. In the bustle of moving away, downsizing, or just replacing furnishings, it can be tempting to simply discard what you can no longer use. But please consider that there may be another life waiting for your belongings.
